JOB DESCRIPTION
Business strategists need to be able to communicate effectively with the staff that will be actively involved in implementing plans and they also need to be able to interact with managers and investors, so they need exceptional interpersonal skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate with the management to research, find, analyze, and execute new business initiatives. Present action plans for the company for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Be the agency's lead brand evangelist, embodying Impact's core values and differentiating perspectives. Can do pitching, pre-closure and closure activities on probable projects
  • Be open-minded in welcoming strategies and suggestions from the rest of the team and consider the same during the implementation since vast majority of the marketing and advertising strategies for a project comes from the brains behind the origin and development of the project's idea.
  • Collect customer requirements and business data to create a business plan. Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables.
  • Capable of bringing projects for the company through contacts abroad. Hence candidates with experience in working abroad is preferred.
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate the following, relative to the client's needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective clients for new opportunities.Create business development strategies to increase the company revenue and brand value.
  • Candidates who want to function as a consultant for this business and can get/outsource projects from the consultancy services he is already/was previously involved in.
  • Support the management in contract development (SLA preparation), defining project scope, estimate, writing proposals, customer negotiations and product enhancements.
  • Plan and conduct creative corporate programs to impress the clients. Take part in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.
  • Those who already hold a business idea and is looking for a partnership in executing the project idea, infrastructure wise, recruiting/sharing human resource are also potential candidates.
  • LOCATION: InfoPark, Kochi.
  • QUALIFICATION: B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D is preferred
  • EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
